Did paypal make any updates? It showing pending for all transactions made this morning. Is anyone experiencing this and should we make any changes to a2billing?

After further investigation it shows that I should confirm my email even though its confirmed already. Our records indicate that this email address is unconfirmed. In order to receive your pending payment, you must first confirm your email address.

Which is not true.

Paypal is forcing my customers to create paypal account and not giving them the option of using their credit card.

looks like paypal is not updating accounts for the last hour. This problems usually happen after paypal upgrade and not sure if there was any upgrades at Paypal this morning.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem.

Paypal rep is telling me because of the tax season the internet may be busy and thus the delay in the updating. I'm going to wait for the next 3 hours. I find it difficult to beleive that.

This happens sometimes when you have a personal account and business account. You can delete the personal account and leave only the business account.

Jmartin, that was helpful but it came back again. I'm waiting to see if it'll change with time or need to do something on our end.

You mean the notification URL under IPN of PayPal?

I tried to remove that, and it won't let me continue with nothing in there. I recieve: "You must enter a properly formatted URL into the Notification URL field in order to activate Instant Payment Notification."

Someone mentioned in this thread that their return url didn't match that of Paypal, so the last thing I did was go back the Paypal and remove the IPN URL and BOOM! Problem solved.
Robin A.

---Thank you Robin, I was just googling around for the issue where all things were updated after making the payment via paypal, but only users balance was not getting updated.

And as you said, it was something in my paypal account. I changed my paypal account and BOOM, it worked for me too :) :)

Thank you again Robin.
