Is there anyway of finding out which account is being topped up when a paypal payment is unsuccesful. Usually when the payment is succesful we know the card that is being topped up and a lot of other information. However, when a payment fails we do not get any information apart from 'Bad order (PayPal says it's invalid)HTTP/1.1 200'.
I think it will help if we know the account that was being recredited when a payment fails as this might help us to monitor accounts incase of fraudulent attempts.
Is there anyway of finding this out?
