A2B customer balance don't get updated

The paypal transaction went OK. Paypal received the credit but my A2B customer credit balance is at $0 . I received a email from A2B a message of Notification of payment received. It showed that it went through the whole paypal transaction but the user still won't get credited at A2B. Please help !

open ports 443:tcp and 445:tcp on your firewall for SHTTP and SSL. this is question was few times here already, use search.

yes, I did open a range of tcp ports from 440 up to 450 just in case and the problem is still there.

check it first. if everything ok here, only your firewall can be block, no one reason else. so check everything twice!

Finally, i got it working ! by just changing the notify_url path.

My original paypal path in a2billing.conf

[paypal]
notify_url=http://hostname/a2billing/paypal/ipn_res.php

Changed to this new path fixed the problem

notify_url=http://hostname/A2Billing_UI/paypal/ipn_res.php
