Anyone looked into using MinFraud http://www.maxmind.com/app/ccfd_features appears that they have a SOAP interface where by using the IP address along with billing and phone number, fraud could be Dramatically decreased. I don't know how difficult it would be to integrate to A2B, but it seems like a thing that all A2B users that accept online purchases are in need of. And for 1/2 penny per check ... it would be WELL WORTH the money IMHO.
