 Post subject: Unable to confirm data in E-payment logs

Hi all,

I am currently using Paypal sandbox for testing payments, but I noticed that the balance of the customer is not increasing.

I tried to confirm data in Billing > Customers Balance > E-Payment log but I received the error below:

Also, there is no data in a2billing_paypal.log under Maintenance > Watch Log Files.

Any Ideas? Thanks.
