Anyone help me regarding the following question:
If I have 100 DIDs to give out in a2billing, can customer just select the DID from customer portal of a2billing and the system will redirect incoming calls for that number? or does it need to be setup in freepbx?

No, FreePBX should not need to be set up, as long as you are directing the DID to A2Billing as a DID. The customer (or you) needs to set up the destination though.
