I have a bit of an issue with CDR reporting I hope you can help with...

I have DID's that I would like to bill per-minute to a SIP destination. To accomplish this I use A-Leg billing as VoIP DID calls do not have a mechanism for billing of minutes. This is fine, and all works very well (and bills correctly) except for he following side effect... When looking at the CDR's they reflect the inbound call length twice, once for the A-Leg, and once for the DID_VoIP (B-Leg) portion of the call. Although I do understand why it works that way (ingress + off-net to PSTN for example) but I really need a way to omit the double minutes so my billing matches the CDR minutes used and I can create tidy reports. Perhaps I am missing something simple here, or perhaps I am totally going about this the wrong way...

I would greatly appreciate any help you guys would be willing to provide. Thank you.

Hi,

I have the same issue. I do not bill for a-Leg call but not sure why in CDRs there are double entries for incoming calls to DDI>>SIP client.
