 Post subject: DID Billing issues outbound to PSTN

Hi All,
I am taking on a customer where we need to do outbound billing on long distance and international long distance. Until now we have had customers on a plan where we didn't need to keep outbound minute logs. Now we do, We are unable to make a2billing route a call out on a outbound channel to any international calls the below logs are a test call to a friend in .au (with 011 prefixed)

[18/12/2014 19:47:23]:[file:Class.A2Billing.php - line:1039 - uniqueid:wt-asterisk-1418957243.2188]:[CallerID:2XXXXXX]:[CN:]:[ERROR ::> The phone number (614XXXXXXX) cannot be dialed by the Rate engine, check that the Ratecard and Call Plan are well configured!]

I can run the same phone number thru the simulator (without 011) and it comes out nice and happy.

Is this the correct way to run a2billing for a call from voip to PSTN? & How do I need to deal with 011 in my dialplan? This is how I am doing it presently:

exten => _011.,2,DeadAgi(a2billing.php,2)
