 Post subject: How to get DID's working??

I have gone through alot of previous topics on this issue on this forum and i cannot get DID to work. Can someone please clarify that i have the concept correct.

1. Order a virtual number in a foreign country.
2. Direct calls made to this number to my server.
3. My server then sends the call through a2b to my usual trunk and onto my VoIP provider for termination.

Is this is the gist of how it works?

If yes, then can someone explain to me how to configure this whole process in a2billing.

Do i need to set anything in a2billing.conf?

I have followed the posting below but still can't get it to work, any help greatly appreciated.

Hay !
Just make the VOIP enable,so it show VOIP active.It may work then but i am not sure.

As i looking at your configuration your maped cardnumber is under a2billing-custom-did .... context...may be you can change it to a2billing-did and then it will start working .

On cc_did_destination table ,activated field should be 1...
