I have set up the did-group, dids, destinations and charges for these did´s.

1- Problem the did usage does not show that any did´s are in use so I have added these fields to the CC_DID_USE with sql commands.

2- These get deleted out after the did cron job running at night which also deletes the destinations and does not remove credit from the users account even though they have sufficient credit available.

What have i done wrong?

i am using asterisk v 1.2.18, and a2billing trunk 1.4 rev 725.

You need to purchase the DID from the Customer UI to setup everything correctly initially. Everything else should fall into place once you do this.

Thanks Stavros,
I did that and have generated 20 of the DID´s with the online page on the userlogin and it updated cc_did_use automatically and it also removed the initial $10 from their accounts. So far so good.

Now I changed the did billing date to today (16) and ran the did-cron job but it did not deduct the additional $10.

¿Any ideas?

I think the DID billing checks whether it has already billed the customer in the last 28 days (or some period).

ok. I'll check at the end of the month but what i can confirm is that the destinations are no longer being deleted whenever the nightly cron job runs. Thanks for your help so far Stavros. You guys are amazing. I will be donating to the cause!
