Hi, this is probably a silly question, but the thing is that I am testing the a2billing prepaid callingcard application.
I notice that a2billing bills for the time the call lasts, from the moment the call is connected until somebody hungs up; but my origination DID provider bills me since the very moment my local DID is dialed by the user, it is, before the connection takes place in a2billing and my termination provider (which is not the same origination provider), so the time the IVR lasts is not billed. In short, there will allways be more seconds of origination billed than seconds of call billed. What if the user struggles during 5 minutes to make a call and gives up? Will I be billed for origination while a2billing bills "0.00" because no call took place?
How is this usually handled?
Thank you in advance for any tip or help.
