Ok,

I managed to get incoming DIDs to change a per/minute fee.

YEAH!!!

Now my problem is charging the same customer for an outgoing call after he or she calls into the DID.

So... like this..

1. Call comes in
2. A2b begins billing the customer of my choice per minute charges (working)
3. Caller is redirected to a local extension on my server, and they
get to hear a nice IVR menu.
4. Caller presses 1 to connect to outside number ie: someone's cellphone
5. Call is routed through a2billing again to charge for the outbound call. (not working)

It connects the call just fine, but does not keep track of the call duration, and therefore does not bill the customer. Outbound billing will work BUT only if i'm not billing for inbound?

Anyone have any ideas?

I can post config files etc if needed.. but i'm not sure where the log files are? Maybe someone could let me know.
