Incoming call on FXo --> A2billing --> Outgoing VOIP C

Just trying to be clear here:

I have trixobx with a2billing installed and openvox fx0 ports

This is what I want I am sure people have acheived it so just please link me to a topic where its been discussed.

1. Incoming call comes on fx0 port
2. A2billing directly asks for the card number
3. After entering the card number, customer dials international through VOIP

Please tell me how to do this or direct me to a topic where this is already discussed
