I'm trying to determine how we're going to invoice for monthly plans (subscriptions).

What I'm wonder is if the subscription in factored into the credit limit. By this I mean if I have a customer on a plan for Unlimited North America and but also offer per minute calling oversea with a $25 credit limit imposed is this client going to exceed there limit if their balance plus the subscription fee exceeds the limit?

Is there a how to out there on this?

Any feedback from other as to what they are doing in terms of billing plans and per minute charges would be greatly appreciated.
