Hi,

I'm trying to do my DID working, but the call don't work.

What i did until now:

First: i created a Group DID
Second: i create a DID , like a number 5501921192489 (ps: I'm from Brazil)
And to finish, i created in the List Destination a destination using this DID (I use a extensions, like 1100 to create this destination).

So i tried to call to the number 5501921192489 ( the number about the extension 1100), but it didn't work!!!

Are there more configurations that i must to do????
