Hi,
How can we do a follow me using a2b. let say I have an extension calling another and I want when the other is called that the called is trasfered to a phone number automatically. how can this be accomplished.

In A2B 1.4 if a customer calls a DID on the system, the call is routed internally. You can then set the destination of the DID to anything you want, e.g. a phone number.

I agree. my senerio is a bit more completed that that. I want when someone from one account call another for the call to be fowarded automatically to a cell phone. the is what I am after.

The accepted method of calling from one user to another user in 1.4 is via a DID. If the DID has a destination of the Cell phone, then it will just work.

Remember that A2Billing is not a PBX, it is a billing system, originally designed as a calling card system, and now incorporates wholesale VoIP Billing, PBX billing, residential services, etc etc, However it has limited PBX functionality.
