 Post subject: 00 issue in CDR

Hi All,

I have just installed A2Billing 1.4.1.2 Stable version i am facing a issue that A2billing is not able to maintain the CDR when i make calls and when i go to Reports and check CDR is shows 00 minutes. but on the other hand from termination end balance is deducted.

I faced the same issue in A2billing 1.3 then i migrate to A2billing 1.4 but still here in A2billing 1.4 stable version i face the same issue some time CDR is generated and some time it will not.

Please help me to resolve this CDR call duration 00 issue.

i will highly appreciate all your help.

Hi

What service are you supplying, VoIP, call through, or dialling from inside another application, e.g. FreePBX.
