Hello,
I am trying to use a2billing to set up a call-forwarding service, so that people on mobile phones can have an incoming number that looks like it's a landline. I have got it working, but the billing never seems to happen for the outbound leg. Can someone let me know where I went wrong?
1. I made an inbound DID group named "Tokyo 03". 2. I defined some DIDs in this group, with "Billing" set to "Fix per month+dialoutrate", with "monthly rate" as 300 and "connect charge" and "selling rate" each as 0. 3. I made a destination that connected one of the DIDs to a mobile phone number, and associated that with a card. Using the ratecard simulator, this card and phone number show the correct rate. And, when dialing out to that number using that card, the card is billed appropriately.
Now, when I dial the DID, it forwards to the mobile phone correctly, using the PSTN, but the call never shows up in the CDRs and is never billed.
Did I miss something?
The other piece of information is that even though I can add the destination in the admin interface, when I try to do it through the client interface, none of my DIDs is displayed even though there are 20 available. Dunno if this means anything or not.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
