Hey everyone,

I'm trying to import a couple of very large rate decks (approximately 48Mb's containing about 1M rates). I've increased the maximum upload size in A2Billing and php to 60Mb's, but every time I try to import it, I get an error message that says "No tariffplan defined !". Has anyone else run across this recently? Is there a work around other than breaking it into lots of smaller files?

Hi

Did you remember to select the tariff plan on the import screen?

Test with a couple of lines of rate imports to confirm whether it is a size issue, or forgetting to select the rate card to import to.

Thanks. And yes I did choose one. It seems to be only a function of size, as I can import a rate deck that is less than 5Mb's with no problems.

I also used to have this problem.

there are 2 things you gotta do, edit php.ini and increase the max upload size in there, and then under Global List increase the max upload.

Good Luck!
William.
