Hi all, I have installed my system A2B with receiving call from DID landlines. In my system A2B, when it has an incoming call, this system has some actions : 1. Require PIN number --> Customers type their PIN. 2. Say balance 3. Require destination number --> Customer enters the number to call. 4. Say time to call.
So I don't know how to add one IVR for help customer to refill their card from DID landlines after your balance is zero.
a) How to set up an IVR in A2B for refill the card of customer ? b) To refill their card, what do I use ? (a new PIN or an new account ID or one voucher ID ?)
