Hi,
I have to pay for my DNID (access number) as follow;

1.5 THB connection rate and 0.5 THB/minutes

I will get bill either the call answered or not.

I cannot find where to add the 1.5THB connection charge to my DID (if a call is answer / unanswered)

This is what I added to my agi-conf.
Extra charge DIDs extracharge_did 240266XX
Extra charge DID fees extracharge_fee 0
Extra charge DID buy fees extracharge_buyfee 0.5

Thanks, Sylvain

Hi

You can select up a rate table to use on the basis of the DNID. look at the rate table settings.

Hi Joe,

I can only have the connection charge option for the selling rate, not for the cost. Am i missing something?

For the cost, this is what I have.

BUYING RATE
Set the carrier cost, the price you pay for minutes.
BUYRATE MIN DURATION
Set the minimum duration charged by the carrier. (i.e. 30 secs)
BUYRATE BILLING BLOCK
Set the billing increment, in seconds (billing block), that the carrier applies. (ie 30 secs)

I did try to set up a ratecard based on the DNID and then have different rates but I cannot figure out how to get the connection charge cost in.. Thanks for your help, Sylvain

Hi

Include the extra cost in the termination rates.

Hi,
I want to include this extra cost in my cost not in the selling rate.
I am not sure to understand what you mean. Thanks, Sylvain

Hi

I would do this by creating a rate table that included the origination and termination costs, and selecting the rate table to use on the basis of the DNID.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your reply.
I am fine with doing that but cannot figure a way to have stepped charge as a cost.

All i can configure for my cost is ;

Set the carrier cost for this destination.

But I cannot have a connection charge cost... Maybe I missunderstand, sorry I am new to a2billing :)
Thanks

Or maybe in Inboud DID ? But from what I understand Inbound DID can only be use for one customer ?
I now have my inbound route set up in Freepbx so everyone uses the same access DID..
Thanks Joe or others!

Stepped charges can be enabled with Advanced Billing in the system settings.
