Hi everyone,

I have own UK numbers range and all extensions and context are configured but the only problem is when you call DID it call to the destination number specified either voip or standard phone number but you wouldn't hear any ringing tone or if the end party pickup the phone there would be no sound. I checked the carrier route and it was fine using standard calling card scenario, so that mean the problem might be in Agi other DID setting.

Any help will be highly appreciated

Regards,

Taj

Hi

make sure you don't answer the call, and remove the R and r from the dial command parameter for calling DID.

Hi Joe,

Thank you for your response, i have the following setting in extensions and agi.

Extension.conf

exten => _448000296XXX,1,GoTo(a2billing-did,,1)
exten => _448000296XXX,n,Hnagup()

Agi
Dial Command Params dialcommand_param |60|HL(%timeout%:61000:30000)

Can you please advice if there is any mistake, or where the problem might be?

Thank you in advance for your time and help

Regards,

Taj

Hi

Is that a copy of the DID dial command parameter? If so, its correct, although you can remove the H, and you have answer call to no in the agi-conf.
