Maybe I'm just a grumpy old geek (with fond memories of the internet before banner adverts and spambots were invented), but this sure smells like spam from where I'm sitting. Unsolicited, commercial, including an "I'm not spam" disclaimer and clearly against the rules for this VoIP Carrier sub-forum:
