I am going to create my own but must know what all the fields represent in order to fill in the data, can any assist? I took this right from the interface.

Any help is appreciated!!!

Those fields look like they're more or less in the same order as the selection of fields presented by the import.
Does it really matter? Just create a file with the columns you're interested in populating, and select those columns when you import.

You should omit the fields you're not going to select entirely. That's why you're presented with a list of fields to select from, so you can choose which ones are present in your uploaded file.
