Instead of calling ext as 3 digits dial the extension with 9 prefix, i.e for ext 103 instruct the customer to dial 9103.

Create SIP Trunk in A2B, define "remove prefix" column with "9" and "provider IP" with parameter "%dialingnumber%"

Make sure your internal extensions are defined in Asterisk.

Create rate card for prefix 91 and bill as you wish.

Woks great here.

Good Luck.

Have you played around and figured out a way to setup a trunk to auto dial an extention or queue number and be connected right after they enter there pin number?
