 Post subject: very long delay on callback

Hi, I'm from Thailand and new for a2billing. I have A2B version 1.3.x (SeamRog) installed on Elastix (like Trixbox).

This is my a2billing.conf

sec_wait_before_callback = 10
...


This is my context.

[a2billing-cid-callback]
exten => _X.,1,Ringing
exten => _X.,n,Wait(1)
exten => _X.,n,DeadAGI(a2billing.php|1|cid-callback)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup

When I dialed to callback number. I hear ringback tone, then I hangup my phone. After time passed for 25-30 seconds, A2B calle me back. When I answered call, no any sound, but call still connect.
After time passed for 25-30 seconds, I hear female voice "your call is now being connected, please hold", then says my balance and tell me dial destination number. I can dial destination number.

Please help me! Where I can change from 30 seconds to shortly?

sec_wait_before_callback = 10

This is the time before the time is launched, the rest of the time taken will be in making the call to you via your carriers.

so if you were to reduce the sec_wait_before_callback to say 1 second, you should be able to reduce it.

The issue is that if you call back too quickly, your phone may still show as engaged, and the callback will fail.

Thank you.

I used to reduced "sec_wait_before_callback" to 1. But it didn't help my system to dial quickly. My system still delay about 25-30 seconds before callback and 25-30 seconds before hearing IVR prompt. I didn't change any parts of .php files. I only installed and setup.

Please give me for idea to speed up callback time. About 5-10 seconds after hangup should prefer.
