Dear friends,
Please suggest me with the best way, in your opinion, to do following:
We are using call back and I wish to add some intelligent to it. Let’s assume second leg does not answer for the long time or simple busy. Today system will HangUp. In place of it, I wish to add IVR with few options like: 1) try again; 2) Dial new number; 3) Automatically redial.
Thank you in advance.

There's only one way that I can see: extend a2billing.php to do what you want. Or am I missing the point of your question?

Thank you for replay Stavros,
I found variable DIALSTATUS, that tells type of call termination, such as NOANSWER, CONGESTION, CANCEL, BUSY, CHANUNAVAIL. According to it possible to build dial plan and call a2billing again if call terminated without success conversation. Does this way look correct?

I guess it might be possible using nothing but Asterisk's dialplan, but I'm sure it will be much easier in a few lines of PHP.
