Is A2Billing making up some random figures and just putting them in for the fun of it, or is there some rhyme or reason to the length of time that appears in the CDR?
Could it possibly be that your carrier is answering the call, (false answer)
A2Billing will only start charging if Asterisk tells A2Billing that the call has been answered. Find out why Asterisk thinks the call is being answered, and if you can solve that, then you will have solved the problem of charging for calls that are apparently are not connecting.
