Hello everyone,

For quite som time I’m using Elastix PBX and I’m very happy with. I like to expand the possibilities that Elastix is providing. Therefore I wish to have A2Billing also.
Currently I run Elastix version 1.6-13 and A2Billing is also installed by my hosting provider. The version of A2Billing is 1.6.0.
I have read a lot of forum how to use A2Billing, but maybe I’m not smart enough to understand it all. What I’m looking for is someone, that can help me get A2Billing running and also can get me real step by step instructions how to do things in A2Billing.
My objective are:
1) A2Billing must handle all outgoing calls
2) All my outgoing routes have “fair use police”, I want to handle this also with A2Billing.
example: voipprovider 1 is given 300 free minutes to local destination in Holland per month.
or voipbuster is given 300 free minutes to fixed lines in Europe.
3) Elastix extensions must be able to call outgoing routes handled by A2Billing without the need to enter PIN number or password; Very important is that extension users don’t have to dail any prefix for outgoing calls; And internal calls within Elastix must bypass A2Billing.

4) A2Billing will be managing at this moment 1 DID;
5) Everything that is need to setup for this (system will use only prepaid at this moment)
Creation of Customers, Rates, Providers ect.
Would this be possible to obtain only with the use of webgui of both Elastix and A2Billing?
Please, any help that can guide me through the procedures, will be appreciate.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm totally new with both Elastix(Asterisk) and A2Billing. I just got to know the basics of Elastix. Almost everything that can be done through the webgui I'm capable of doing. The server runs now for a period of 3 months and all remote extensions can use various outbound routes to make calls.

With A2Billing I just learn how to make Callplan, Ratecards, Rates and Customers. With the simulator I check this out, and they're good.

What I would like you to ask, is if you can tell me how to make an extension call through A2Billing?
