we are looking for a way for our Agents to recharge our customers’ accounts in person without using a computer.
Here’s how the new Retail Store Agent Recharge Feature should Work:
1. Customer goes to a retail location to recharge their pinless calling card account.
2. The agent will dial an access number from their phone and enter their agent ID followed by the # key.
3. The agent will then enter the number and dollar amount they want to recharge followed by the # key.
4. The agent can also use the IVR menu to listen to their balance.
