for some reason, my hard disk keep filling up with nasty dump at /tmp/

i had to manually delete them to free the hard disk else a2billing will stop sending calls as the hard disk is full.

i did a file core.3055 and got the following

core.3109: ELF 32-bit LSB core file Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), SVR4-style, from 'a2billing.php'

a2billing has been running over few months and this is the first time i am seeing this.

is there a way to stop or reduce filling up my hard disk ?

Ouch! Even if A2B is buggy it shouldn't be possible for it cause PHP to dump core, as appears to be happening. This is indicative of a problem with Linux installation, most likely with PHP, Asterisk or MySQL.
It's very likely that you're not storing CDRs or charging customers for the calls which dump core, so you really want to fix the root cause rather than mask it by disabling core dumps.If you're technically minded you might make better progress with gdb.

I exactly have the same issue. I changed the Verbose level from 4 to 0 and then a2billing.php starts writting core files;

This is critical for me as core files starts filling the hard disk. Is there any work around to fix this issue.
