Hi

The answer is in the question, you have dialed an extension that does not exist.

Look in the /var/log/asterisk/full log for more clues, it's more verbose than the Asterisk console.

Hi,

You have mistaken, It is a Call VIA Proxy Server and i am not making internal and i am making Outbound Call, I have checked the extensions_a2billing.conf and the additional conf files seems to be Ok, but the A2Billing Account is not able to make any outbound calls, by the log it is not able to get the dial pattern and the file a2billing.php, It is just messed up for me, where did i went wrong..

Hi

I based my answer on the information you have given us.

With more information about the nature of the problem, with logs (attached not pasted) we may provide a different answer.

Hi

No that does not change my original answer.

The number you are dialling is not matching with any extension in the a2billing context, and therefore is failing.

Hi,

I changed the Dial Plan in extensions_a2billing.conf, I m not sure why it wasn't working, in old version the same was working... :( simple error... :)

[a2billing]
exten => _X.,1,AGI(a2billing.php|1)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup

before it was,

[a2billing]
exten => _X.,n,AGI(a2billing.php|1)
exten => _X.,n,Hangup
