 Post subject: cant get customer call records

hi guys am currently using chameleon version 1.2.3 but in the customer interface i cant acess a users call record. it shoes me a blank page .where should i look. Many thanks

BLANK not even the search criteria info? Or you mean the search criteria info is there, but no CDR's ?? If it is the latter, try entering your search criteria and hitting <search>

the call record returns a blank page with nothing on it not even search criteria. please help

Make sure u have set
cdr=yes in a2billing.conf under [webcustomerui]

yes the cdr is set to yes is a2billing.conf but i still cannot see the records so where cud the prob be. thanks a lot for the help

I have the same problem. I didnt see any cdrs. I check my postgresql database and cc_call is empty. Enybody knows, where is problem?

I think this is bug. Today i catch one for one customer too. old customer but he's history totaly clean as he's noob.
