Hi

I am new to a2billing, using it for DIDs and everything works fine.

One of my customers is asking me if I can do something to forward the DID to 2 diffrent phone numbers and make them ring simultaneously.

I can see there is priority in destination but I want them both ring simultaneously, like using & in asterisk extentions.conf

for example when soke one calls did : 12341234
0014161231234 & 0014161231235 ring simultaneously , How can i set this ?

Hi,

A2Billing doesn't support this feature at the moment.

Hi

Would 0014161231234&0014161231235 in the dial-out string work maybe?

or is that only for SIP?

Joe

This won't work indeed, there is not such a thing implemented on DID, if you use VOIP CALL, obviously you can.

Hello
i'm looking for the same things.

I found here

Priority ΒΆ

There are up to 5 priorities, where the call will fail over if the destination is unavailable.

The suggested use is to put a VoIP destination as priority 1, and a landline or mobile as priority 2. If the VoIP destination is unavailable, then it will try the landline.

If both are set to priority 1, then it will call both destinations simultaneously.

Where is a mistake?

almor,

Good catch!

I remember having some inbound Mexican Nationwide TollFree #s pointed
at my server, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why the IVR wouldn't
pickup the call.

The solution was for me was to remove the " ; ", though I know that is basic
basic basic, and though I have looked at it 100s of times, while at the same
time, on the same server, had a active calling card operation going,
I had TEMPORARILY, for about 1 month, forgotten what I was doing.

It happens to all of us, and as a matter of fact, in one of the previous editions
of a2billing, the customer panel allowed for being able to select up to 5 different
" Destination " #s that could be rung all at the same time.

Let me see if I can find it.

Good catch Amlor, and thanks Areski for creating A2Billing.

Sincerely,
