Hello, But there's no specific or direct solution where I can provide the call shop manager a web access to monitor his cabins when calls are in progress?? Let's say, like the Reseller Portal?
I'm thinking, and testing to use the reseller portal for that where I assigned users 4 testing users to a reseller, and it's working, but the reseller he see the calls, time, and cost for him, but he cannot add his own cost, so it need that he calculate manually the end cost for his user...
Or dose I'm missing something to do??
