Hello,
I'm having a2b. 1.9.4, in stable production.
I just detected that when a DID user map his DID to another phone number, and deactivate the Voip Call, the call is being mapped as DIDCALL, but the call is billed as Zero!!

Mean, customer have the DID 3491XXXX and map it as destination to 9158965XXXX, and deactivate the Voip Call option. The incoming call is properly handled as DIDCALL, sent to destination, in CDR I see the buy cost and the sell rate, but in the final charge, there's cost charge, but the sale charge is 0.000, and there's no any balance deducted from customer, even the call was over one hour... I just went back to check my CDRs, and I found that all over DIDCALL was always as 0.000 for all over my customers

Anyone are detecting similar case, or have an idea, please??

I have the same issue, haven't found a solution to this, this is a serious bug, can cause a lot of Damages in loss!!

Hi

In the DID, have you got "dialout rate" selected as one of the options.

Thanks for your prompt Joe,
As i see, it's my mistake in the configuration, I haven't thought in that, I had it as fix rate... so I just run a quary into the DB to change all my existing billingtype to 0, as Fix+Dialout in a2billing.
