Import Rate

I tried about it.

Default columns are following three colmuns.

dialprefix
destination
rate initial

but simple sample is too much columns.

1;US;0,70;0,50;2008-03-07 21:21:38

why???

I want to import following four colmuns data.

dialprefix
destination
SELLING RATE
SELLRATE MIN DURATION

how is?
