This is my first post. I searched and was unable to find what I am looking for so forgive me if this is on another forum.
I am running A2B 1.9.4 on freepbx 2.11.
I use A2billing as a prepaid card service as well as I have enabled the feature that auto-links the user CID with the account the first time the user enters the account # into the system IVR.
When a user uses all the credit or it is too low to make calls, the user must buy a new card. We do not allow account recharges.
Here is the problem: when the user dials the system, their CID is still attached to the exhausted card and does not allow them to use or add a new one. Is there a feature where the CID is auto deleted based on account balance or perhaps some way the user can add another account? I am actually open to anything as long as the user's CID is not blocked by a low balance account. Thanks for your help.
