I need to be able to bill both monthly and per/minute for DIDs. I would prefer this happen automatically without having to manually charge the account. Can anyone give me ideas on how I might accomplish this?

I may even be willing to pay someone to help me out with this, I am a pretty good programmer but have limited time right now, so any help would be appreciated.

Note: I use a2billing for origination/termination only, I don't use any of the calling card functionality.

Thanks!
David

Same question. Does someone know?
Eventually I've made incoming DID calls routing to certain SIP / IAX users, but no charges can be made. Take a look:

the "Initial Rate" is set to 0.00.
Besides, I can't find where to define such charges. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would someone PLEASE write a HOWTO to answer this question. It is asked over and over again. The answers comes in little pieces until finally the puzzle is solved. I have this working in a scenario where I have DID's billed to an extension but had lots of help and I do not know how to answer the question properly.
I know it works something like this:
Receive inbound call
send it to a2billing
a2billing sends it to a designation that is an extension.
A loopback trunk sends it back to a2billing
a2billing now bills the extension
so basically the DID inbound number is converted to the extension number.

Technically there really is no DID billing in A2B as of yet, hopefully in the next release much of this will get fixed....but i'm slowly working on it....A2B is not my main priority, but i'm making some progress towards this eventual goal....
