Here is senario.
I create a package which is 500 free minutes. Let say 12 a month
I create a rate plan to use the Package.
I create a customer and use the rate plan.
it is all fine.
now I put 12.00 for the customer.
When the customer make call A2Billing says that it has 700 minutes instead of 500 minutes I found a way to resolve that problem. But Iam trying to find out how to make the monthly payment. if I do not make calls outside the free minutes the customer still have 12 dollars and if the customer make call to an area not set for free calls it uses part of the 12 dollars to allow the call. if the balance of the customer is 0 A2Billing does not allow the call to be made. My question is how do I make payment and still leave the balance to 0 and if I add balance it should be for extra time.

treat the payment as if it were for "subscription fee" look under "add charges" they show up on the invoice but not added to balance or credit

I have that but what I cannot understand is how does payment is made. I have a subscription fee created and I also added charges but I am not able to make calls because the balance is 0. I must be doing something wrong. if you can help me understand I would appreciate it.

try setting the the min_credit_2call to -0.0001

Thank you for your reply. I am still not able to make this work. it is still telling me that I have 0 balance and cannot make call.

put 0.01 on the card
