Hi folks, new here, apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section, please recirect if thats the case......

we're running an older version of A2B (1.3.4) with our PBX and a client has asked if there is any way they can check the call report for useage, number of calls and costs, BUT only per extension rather than the complete call report of all the extension on their system?

I can get a report from the PBX, but that doesn't show costs involved.

Hi

You would have to match the calls from your client's PBX CDR to A2Billing's CDR in an external program.
