When I assign a DID to a card I can not reach the user. That is when I get the error.

1. I dial in

2. I get the error message

3. I have the destination set to the card number

4. the user is registered as a sip user.

I get this message?
Console Messages

app_dial.c:1027 dial_exec_full: Dial argument takes format (technology/[device:]number1)

Incoming call: Got SIP response 400 "Bad Request-URI" back from Service Provider IP address

Hi

In list destinations, can you confirm that you a destination that looks something like sip/123456 where 123456 is the card number or SIP authenication name.

When I add SIP/ it works perfect.

How can I make it so i dont have to add SIP/ infront of the card number just to make it easier for a user to understand?

Thanks Joe L.

I would suggest an improvement to the instructions on the customer DID page.

Other than that, the only other way is to take control of pointing DID on behalf of your customers.

Yours
