I don't know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

If I loggin as an administrator and I want to deduct some money from the customer account, for example, if the customer balance is $20.00 and I do a refill of -10, then new balance is $10; but if I logging as an agent and do the same it does not work.

yes the agent is not allow to deduce from a customer account only the admin can.

The way I see it is, the Agent create the customer and he/she can delete, the agent should have control of their own customer balance.

I will review this point and see what we can do.
