humm put my name on that account and I will fly over to help you work on those parameters.
1. try checking which caller ID you have programed in.. you might be directed to the wrong account. Simple way to do this is by blocking you caller ID so you are asked for pin number. this way you can be sure you are connected to the right account.
2. there were a new setting in a2b 1.4 that has been removed in later versions and not in 1.4.3 I dont recall the name of this field but i think it as something to rate correction and if set wrong it will do exactly what you are having problem with. what Verison of a2billing are you using. Just saying 1.4 is hardly enough to go on.
