In my A2Billing 1.6 I have agents created but they cannot get the money from theire commissions..

How is this Payment done? Is it automatic or the agents must ask for the remittance?

Is the Payment done to the Clients Paypal or the money is added to its A2Billing Balance?



Here is one Agent:
AGENT ID : 26
BALANCE REMAINING : 0 EUR
REMITTANCE IN PROGRESS : 55 EUR
COMMISSION ACCRUED : 80.71 EUR

So, this agent has to receive 80.71 Euros... but I (dont know why) there is 55 Euros "remittance in progress"

How can I configure the system to Pay the agent the 80.71 Euros ?

Hi

Commission is assigned to the agent whenever a payment is made. This increases the agents available balance.

At intervals, the agent can apply to be given his money in cash, or he can simply use it to top up his own customers.

When you have paid the agent his money, you can show it as paid, you should have a notification in the notifications tab.
