signup: Error : No such user found in database

Hi
I have installed the latest version 1.9.3
Having problem with user signup:
Error : No such user found in database

Admin webgui works well.
As i discovered, signup script doesn't create card.
I tried to search for some logs but have nothing.

Please help or just direct to the .php script where i can check the problem.

SOVLED

I have made all installation steps again, and now it's solved.
If anyone can tell me what did i do wrong, i'll be very grateful.

I have found out what was the problem.

This error appears after I set signup->field_currency to "no"
I don't know if that is a bug or feature, but now I should enable currency selection in registration form
