Hello,

From what I see, when A2Billing is set to use real-time, it doesn't read sip.conf but reads everything from database (correct?). My server is on Amazon EC2. So, I want to put these to database:

nat=route
externip=x.x.x.x
localnet=10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0

Where do I put those information? If in database, which tables should I add them as column?

Also, I am getting "No PIN number has been entered" message. Does this relate to this issue also? I tried setting it rfc2833 and auto but it didn't help.

In realtime, Asterisk reads from both sip.conf and from the database, so these settings can go in sip.conf.
