Hi,
I noticed by accident a strange behavior on a2billing forwarding a DID over pstn.
Lets say that we have a the customer 1234 which he has a DID of 555. Then we add a destination over PSTN to a landline or cellphone. When someone calls 555 from the outside (through a carrier) the call arrives at our system and then is forwarded to the landline/cellphone that we have configured. The charge is also reduced from the customer 1234.
Here is the strange behavior: If another customer (lets say 56789) calls the same DID (555) the call obviously is routed internally and then forwarded to the landline or cellphone. The problem here is that the charge for the outbound call to the PSTN destination is never applied to the customer that owns the DID. It is shown at the CDR's but the amount won't be reduced from his balance.
Any idea why is that happening or does anyone else have the same problem?
The version of the a2billing is the latest 2.2 and I'm using Freepbx on asterisk now.
Thank you
