A2Billing 1.8.1 (Corylus): In use = 1

Hi All;

Please, I am facing a problem !!

My current A2Billing version is 1.8.1 (Corylus), and I am facing a problem that after finished from the call, the value of "In Use" for alot of accounts stay with a value 1 and then a customer can not place new call specially if concurrent calls are not allowed.

I think, it is becoming as a bug that it stucking.

Please, advise me if it is a bug or I have to do any special settings to overcome this problem? Could be related to any specific binary or setting or something that make this happen?

This is usually a PHP installation issue.

But what can I do to resolve this?

Is it the the php version? Which packages need to be upgraded?

Is there a way to add callerid to singup page? Most of customer saying having to login to add the callerid is not convenient
