I'm finding it difficult getting the DID owner to be charged for calls into the DID.

Below is what I'm trying to achieve:

- Users register their extensions on my asterisk machine.
- All of the extensions have DID and destinations setup in a2billing.
- Their destinations are the users GSM mobile numbers.
- I have a SIP trunk from my asterisk to a VOIP provider.
- A2billing have this same asterisk trunk configured in the Provider->Trunk settings.
- Any of the extensions can call any other extensions' DID, and the call terminates on the GSM mobile of the called party via the SIP trunk to my VOIP provider.
- The called party(DID owner) is billed for the call.
- The calling party is not billed.

Currently, I noticed that when an extension calls the DID of another extension, the caller get charged when the call is terminated on the callled party GSM mobile number via the SIP trunk. But I want the DID owner(called party) to pay for this call.
I've seen explanation online stating that B-Leg charges applies to DID that goes via PSTN, and this is exactly what I have. But instead of the DID owner to be billed, it's the caller that get billed.

Please anyone with an idea of how I can achieve my objective?
